Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Document Control Manager to lead our project document control initiatives. This role is pivotal in establishing and implementing strategic document management processes that align with organizational goals, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while driving efficiency and innovation in document control practices.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a strategic vision for document control that aligns with the company’s quality management system and business objectives.
  • Document Management Systems: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of advanced document management systems to ensure seamless access, retrieval, and compliance of quality documents.
  • Compliance Oversight: Ensure that all documentation complies with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., ISO, GMP), conducting regular audits and reviews to maintain compliance.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of document control operations, leveraging technology and best practices.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments (e.g., Quality Assurance, Operations, Regulatory Affairs) to ensure cohesive document control processes that support overall business objectives.
  • Change Management: Lead the change control process for all quality-related documents, ensuring proper documentation, communication, and training related to changes.
  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs for staff on document control procedures and compliance requirements, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Create and analyze reports on document control metrics and compliance status, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field;
  • 5-8 years of experience in quality and/or document control management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • 3-5 years of experience in aspects of construction and commissioning of manufacturing operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO, GMP) and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven experience with document management software and systems, including digital solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvement.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
