Tim Shoulders

Before working with Tenex, Tim was CEO of Grass Valley, a global technology provider for live media, sports, and entertainment markets, where he helped transform the organization’s product portfolio, guided them through acquisitions, and directed them through a sale to a private equity firm. Prior to Grass Valley Tim worked for Belden, a U.S. publicly traded connectivity solutions provider, in general management and finance roles where he gained extensive experience in managing through systems and lean enterprise principles. Tim has also held finance roles at Zimmer, a medical device manufacturer, and Ernst & Young as an auditor.

As Chief Financial Officer at BDN, Tim provides valuable knowledge and guidance for the organization’s global expansion, leading finance, accounting, operations, IT, and HR functions.
