At Black Diamond Networks, we believe in highlighting the individuals who contribute to our success. Meet Brandon Klier, a dedicated Technical Recruiter based in Austin, TX.
Brandon’s most memorable experience at Black Diamond Networks was when the entire Austin office, comprising 15 team members, traveled to Arizona for the annual holiday party. This event provided Brandon with the opportunity to finally meet face-to-face with colleagues he had previously interacted with only through emails, calls, and virtual meetings. It was a moment that highlighted the vibrant community and possibilities within BDN.
Outside of his professional career, Brandon has a unique background: from 2010 to 2012, he pursued semi-professional snowboarding while living in Alaska. This adventurous spirit and commitment to excellence translate seamlessly into his role at BDN.
Drawing from his own experience, Brandon offers valuable advice to new hires: “Do things the correct way when you first start because if you don’t, you will pay for it later. Listen to your managers; they know better.”
