In this employee spotlight series, we are excited to introduce you to Jillian Getchell, a Recruiting intern based in Andover, MA. Jillian joined our team in January 2024 as a spring intern and has since continued to thrive, returning for the summer term.
Her journey to Black Diamond Networks began when she discovered our internship program through LinkedIn. She was intrigued by the opportunity and was encouraged to apply after being contacted by Hannah Clerico, Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist. This initial outreach set the stage for Jill’s introduction to our dynamic workplace culture.
Jillian recalls the excitement of converting her first hot lead. Moments like these underscore the impactful work our interns do daily.
Beyond her professional achievements, she is a dedicated pet lover with an impressive menagerie of 4 horses, 4 dogs, and 3 cats!
For the new class of summer interns who have joined us, Jill offers invaluable advice: “Network and don’t hesitate to seek advice from full-time employees when you need help. It’s the best way to learn and grow in your role.” Her words of wisdom are a testament to the supportive and collaborative environment we foster at Black Diamond Networks.
