Job Description:
- Looking for a Clerical Packaging Specialist to assist with an overhaul of packaging efforts, the project is 90% scoped out with all the requirements identified. Consultant will assist with data entry regarding new packaging regulations. The client produces a range of consumer package goods. This is a long term project due to the scale of work. This consultant will be part of a sub team managing this packaging data specific project stemming around new packaging requirements, focused on sustainability within packaging. Some data might need to be tracked down from suppliers but all the templates are there so consultants should know what to ask for. All caps / bottles that come in will go through regulation.
- Average day – data entry into a specification system. Tracking new data for stability studies – for quality and manufacturing. There are thousands of specifications, and 30 additional fields. Filling correct data into different fields, capturing what is required. Agile / oracle specification system. Phone calls / email with packaging suppliers. Read emails with data of components and specs, then go into the system and fill in correct data into a number of different fields, to capture what is required. System is in Agile and oracle. Also phone calls to suppliers, and reviewing/entering data coming back. Consultant will know what they need to ask for based on the templates there.
Skills:
- Food Packaging, Consumer Package Goods, technical clerical background. Agile, Oracle Recent grads, someone who understands packaging components. Clerical background but with technical skills. Open to 1-2 level pharma / device background.
Education:
- Degree or Minor in packaging is a plus
